Refunds for cancellations made under these regulations will be processed in line with your legal entitlements.
However, please note that cancellations are not applicable for the following products:
- Electrical/technical items that have been unsealed
- Custom or bespoke products
- Items related to hygiene or health safety, including outdoor spas, mattresses, and divan sets
- Fresh food or perishable goods, including live plants and trees
While your order is in your possession, you are required to take reasonable care of the products, as stipulated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once returned, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the products.

How to Return a Product
If you wish to return an item to Belvic Furniture, please follow these steps:
- Request a Collection:
Reach out to our Customer Services team, and they will coordinate the collection of your item with the supplier. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.
If collection is attempted and you are not available, we reserve the right to deduct any associated costs from your refund or charge your credit card for the missed collection, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
