We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Refunds for cancellations made under these regulations will be processed in line with your legal entitlements.

How to Return a Product
If you wish to return an item to Belvic Furniture, please follow these steps:
1. Request a Collection:
Reach out to our Customer Services team, and they will coordinate the collection of your item with the supplier. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.
If collection is attempted and you are not available, we reserve the right to deduct any associated costs from your refund or charge your credit card for the missed collection, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
