For larger items, delivery may be made to the kerb-side (the street outside your home).
Occasionally, delays may occur within courier networks. We strongly recommend waiting to arrange third-party services for assembly or installation until your items have arrived. Belvic Furniture cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs.

Return

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Refunds for cancellations made under these regulations will be processed in line with your legal entitlements.

However, please note that cancellations are not applicable for the following products:

Electrical/technical items that have been unsealed
Custom or bespoke products
Items related to hygiene or health safety, including outdoor spas, mattresses, and divan sets
Fresh food or perishable goods, including live plants and trees

While your order is in your possession, you are required to take reasonable care of the products, as stipulated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once returned, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the products.

If you wish to return an item to Belvic Furniture, please follow these steps:

Request a Collection:
Reach out to our Customer Services team, and they will coordinate the collection of your item with the supplier. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

If collection is attempted and you are not available, we reserve the right to deduct any associated costs from your refund or charge your credit card for the missed collection, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Packaging

Our team has been dedicated to upgrading our packaging to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. We continually strive to improve our service, which is why we've adopted a more structured approach to packaging. This enhanced method includes additional protective layers, such as thermocol for cushioning, durable condensed cardboard edges for stability, and multiple layers of protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.

We’ve also reinforced our hardware packaging to keep every component securely in place, allowing for safe delivery directly to your doorstep through our dropship program. Rest assured, each item is carefully prepared to withstand the journey, ensuring it arrives ready to elevate your space.
