For larger items, delivery may be made to the kerb-side (the street outside your home).

Return

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Refunds for cancellations made under these regulations will be processed in line with your legal entitlements.

However, please note that cancellations are not applicable for the following products:

Fresh food or perishable goods, including live plants and trees

Request a Collection:
Reach out to our Customer Services team, and they will coordinate the collection of your item with the supplier. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

If collection is attempted and you are not available, we reserve the right to deduct any associated costs from your refund or charge your credit card for the missed collection, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Packaging

We continually strive to improve our service, which is why we've adopted a more structured approach to packaging. This enhanced method includes additional protective layers, such as thermocol for cushioning, durable condensed cardboard edges for stability, and multiple layers of protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.
