Can I order a swatch sample?

We offer free swatch samples for most of our sofas, dining chairs and beds. Please check the individual product page and look under the colour options for the ‘Order free swatches’ button. Swatches will be sent out the next working day through first-class mail.

Furniture availability and out of stock

How to check if a product is in stock:

– To see if a product is in stock, please check the product detail page on the website. Availability is displayed above the “add to basket” icon

If your item is temporarily out of stock:

– If your item is temporarily out of stock, the product detail page will clearly state the date it is due back into our warehouse. When it arrives back into stock, we will contact you to arrange a delivery which will then be delivered the next day or within 3-5 working days, depending on whether it will go on a 1-man or 2-man service

– Once you have placed your order if the date we expect the stock to arrive changes, we will email you to let you know. When your order comes into stock, we will contact you to book your delivery date

– Please note that your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the item with the longest lead time.

I have received an error message
